TORRENCE
FULL SERVICE ARCHITECTURE & CONSTRUCTION
JANUARY 2011
The existing building was already partially under construction for a new bank when it suddenly became available. After touring the space Torrence Architects worked quickly with owners, Marlinda Wilson and Velba Villanueva to develop schemes that took advantage of the existing tenant improvements already made by the bank and expand the space for their use. Aaron was able to increase the number of clients they used to see at any one time by three-fold. The new program includes: four individual treatement rooms, one couples room that can be converted to two individual treatment rooms, a waiting lounge for client to relax before or after their appointments, an office and employee breakroom, a welcoming reception area and supporting spaces.
The planning also included a future tenant space of 1,400 square feet that Marlinda can convert for a future tenant. We are currently under negotiations with several potential tenants.
