The site is located approximately 12km south of District 1 and the adjacent properties currently have several large scale developments in the works. This project will feature a series of residential typologies, retail shopping, and include community facilities.

The design by Richard Orne (TFO) and Torrence Architects is centered around a main water canal, which encircles the shopping district and high-rise housing blocks. There ar a total of six primary zones and each one incorporates different housing types and water access. The 2-story custom villas are arranged along a canals where each house has a private boat dock. A district of 285 mixed-use, 3- to 4-story buildings are centered around community parks. There is a distribution of condos that are sited within a park-like setting and have views across the river. The 18- and 20-story residential towers are located in the heart of the project, being equally distributed along a curving main canal. The private community of 34 lake-side villas feature a club house and private parks.

In all there will be more than 11,000 people living with in the development, 42.9 hectares (ha) of residential area, 8.41 ha of mixed-use, 4.5 ha new canals and waterways, and 4.6 ha of landscaped parks.
