Founded in 2009, Torrence Architects is located in Los Angeles, California. The firm's work extends from our custom designed homes in Santa Monica Beach, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, and Pasadena to our commercial work in Cerritos, Westwood, Beverly Hills and Burlingame (just south of San Francisco). The diversity of our work is expanding to Southeast Asia, where we're working in Vietnam designing several interesting projects.

We are currently working in Mui Ne, about 180km east of Ho Chi Minh City, on a 100ha Golf and Lifestyle Resort designed for 220 private villas and a 250-key hotel. Situated on a hillside the site features two ridge lines that provide expansive views of the South China Sea. We're also working within Ho Chi Minh City on several projects: the Nhon Duc Residential Master Plan for a 220-acre site comprised of canal villas, condos, high-rises and mixed-use buildings; we are designing a mixed-use 12-story tower with a custom residential penthouse on the top four floors; and, we are consulting on several commercial and residential projects. In addition, we are starting the design for a new restaurant on the 34th floor in Hanoi, Vietnam.
